Unfortunately I had 2 televisions stop working within days of each other. I contacted Telly Care (Mike) and discussed what had happened. He was incredibly helpful giving me suggestions to try and fix the problems myself. This was unsuccessful, so I dropped both TVs to Mike, who contacted me within 24hrs having fixed both TVs. The work was completed in exceptional time and at a fair price. I highly recommend Telly Care without hesitation.

I had a blinking picture on my TV and contacted Mike to see if he could help.
He was very flexible and allowed me to drop it in early the following morning on my way to work. Mike called me at lunch time to say he had diagnosed the problem and could fix it. I picked up the TV my way home from work and it was fixed. Simple. A really fair price and a great service. Thanks! Would highly recommend.

My TV kept turning itself off then back on seemingly whenever it wanted to so I took my TV to Mike after I’d initially taken it to a more well known TV store who said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Mike identified the problem straight away and got a replacement sent down quickly, unfortunately the part was damaged when it arrived but again Mike was super quick at reordering and fitting the new part. During all this he was brilliant at keeping me informed with what was going on and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.
I would highly recommend Mine to anyone who has any issues with there TV.

Left a message for Mike on an obscure problem linked to an Amazon fire-stick and he rang back over the weekend, spent a long time talking us through the options and eventually hit on the solution. Wonderful positive service delivered in an upbeat personable way. If that's the free service you get at the end of the phone then we can't wait for our TV to go wrong ( well not really! ) and call him in for a paid job. Highly recommended!!

This will sound like a made up review from Amazon I am sure, but we wanted to leave a review because of how good Mike was & how much money he saved us. We phoned as our lovely Panasonic Plasma suddenly started switching off & on again on its own. We originally phoned another name on the list of tv repairs & they told us to get the set down to them & the minimum charge will be £100 labour plus whatever components are required. Due to this quote we looked further down the list & saw Telly care. We called & Mike told us that he had seen this quite a few times in the past & exactly what to try & it has worked perfectly. No charge, no time wasted., Superb!!!

Having had some diagnostic quotes from other TV repair centres with no forward thinking as to what could be the problem I sent Mike an email explaining what was happening with my LG tv. As soon as he responded he had a strong feeling what the fault was and gave me the full price there and then. After dropping the TV to him the exact fault he described was fully diagnosed and the agreed price paid. Could not have asked for a better service. Thanks Mike. All the best for the future.

Telly care was a recommendation & I would happily give the highest regards to Mike & his professional approach. The TV was fixed within 3 working days at a very reasonable cost ( they did not carry stock of this part & had to order from the manufacturer). All in all a superb company & one I would have no hesitation in recommending.

We had a problem with our Samsung TV, juddering and loosing both picture and sound. Seemed a shame to bin what had been a very reliable tv...so after a bit of searching online...I Emailed Mike who replied promptly, came out the next morning and discussed what the problem was. So easy to talk to, very honest, knew what the problem was straight away, but took my TV to his workshop to verify the issue. Kept me fully informed throughout the process. No guesswork, told me exactly how much the repair would cost including labour before he ordered the part needed, and as soon as he got the go ahead, ordered, and replaced said part, and put the TV on test before returning it. All in all a very quick service and a distinctly painless process too!! completely hassle free! I will definitely be recommending Mike to all our friends and neighbours for future repair needs. Fantastic customer service, very efficient, polite, friendly service, can't recommend it enough.

Spoke to Telly Care on the phone, managed to answer all my queries I had, although we did not personally use the service as we decided it would be better if we just got a newer TV.
Communication was brilliant, made it easy for me to understand what might of been the issues. If anything goes wrong with this one (touch wood it doesn't) I'll be definitely giving Telly Care a call!

Very friendly, responsive and reasonably priced, but above all really knows his stuff! TV sorted in just a few days, highly recommended!!!
